Pulling teeth is easier than getting good service... There's a trend in many industries of "get the job done, move onto the next". We find issue with that. If by some miracle you get a good install, but you have issues in a few years - try getting them on the phone again. Nearly impossible!
The process for getting work done is outdated. Open google (or GPT), search contractors, call 3-5, schedule estimates, a few wont' show, get prices, and maybe go with the one in the middle. A single project can take a month before getting it installed!
We set out to make the fastest and easiest way to order gutters. If we actually live in the 21st century why do companies still insist on coming out in person to give you a price? It's either because they are stuck in the past, or they rely on being in person to pressure you to buy something you don't need.
Gutters aren't rocket science. Measuring, quoting, and scheduling can all be done online. Most of our customers vastly prefer the low pressure nature of getting a quote over the phone. We prefer the time, money, and energy we save from not having to drive all over the state. Win win.
Quality isn't sacrificed either. We offer the best materials and products we can get our hands on. You learn the pros and cons to each and make an informed decision. Our detailed quality control process doesn't miss a thing. If we do make a mistake (we are human after all) we will make it right.
Alex's tech background makes everything we do possible. We are able to automate many processes and keep our team lean. This keeps costs down for us and lets us pass the savings onto our customers.
He believes that making our customer's experience easier, faster, and better is the only thing that matters in the end. He also works as one of our Project Engineers so he can get real time feedback from customers.

George has an extensive engineering and home services background. He coordinates permitting, installs, and inspections. His systems make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
As soon as a project is approved, he takes over. He keeps you up to date with the progress, he dispatches and manages our install crews, and he inspects each project to make sure you are only getting the best quality workmanship.

George's aptitude for detail makes sure nothing is missed. He makes sure each job we install is built to the highest levels of workmanship. When a job is approved he reviews the design to ensure it will function as intended. His background in engineering makes for a dangerous combo.
Our meticulous quality control process is managed by him. Each project has before and after photos taken. They are checked across our 23 point QC checklist.
